Andre S. Burton, C.P.A.,
a native of South Florida, and long-time resident of Broward County, founded the firm in
1981. Mr. Burton is a graduate of the University of Florida (March 1975), having majored
in Accounting (BSBA degree) and passed all parts of the CPA exam in his first sitting in
November 1975. In 1976, he became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the Florida
State Board of Accountancy and has maintained an active status ever since.
